Exchange Period
Customers are allowed to exchange items within one week (7 days) from the date of purchase. After this period, unfortunately, we cannot offer you an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange
To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.
Exchange Process
Contact Kids Palace:
To initiate the exchange process, please contact our customer support team at Kids Palace within the specified return period.
Provide Details:
Include your order number, the reason for the exchange, and any relevant information about the item you wish to exchange.
Wait for Instructions:
Our customer support team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item. Please wait for these instructions before proceeding.
Ship the Item:
Once you receive instructions, securely package the item and ship it to the address provided by our customer support team. The cost of shipping for the return will be borne by the customer. You can also visit our physical store located at Baneshwor, Kathmandu.
Verification and Exchange:
Once we receive the returned item and verify its eligibility, we will process the exchange. You will be notified of the status of your exchange request.
